This page provides a quick guide to using the Safe and Sound online resource.

Sections and pages

Each section of Safe and Sound contains pages of content, with advice, information and issues for you to consider.

You can use the print page button at the bottom of each page to print off the sections and pages that you need.

Finding your way around Safe and Sound

1) Go directly to the section you are interested in, using the navigation bar to the left of the main content.

For example:

2) Use the the search function at the top right hand corner of the website to find what you are looking for quickly.

Document Icon Documents

The pages include links to downloadable documents, sample forms and policies and information supplements that you might find useful. Wherever you see the document sign, click on the name of the document you wish to open.

Most of the documents are in Word format, and you can copy and paste the text into a new document.

Please feel free to use and adapt these forms and templates for your own purposes.

You will find all the documents referenced in Safe and Sound in the main Document Library.

Information Icon Useful Links

Some pages also include links to other websites for further information. When you click on these links they will open in a new window/browser, so you should always be able to get back to Safe and Sound.
